细节护理在肠结核患者临床治疗护理中的应用及对患者肠道菌群改变的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨细节护理在肠结核患者临床治疗护理中的应用及对患者肠道菌群改变的影响。方法选取2017年5月~2019年7月我院收治的肠结核患者100例,随机分成两组,两组患者均进行规范化的抗结核药物治疗。对照组进行常规护理干预,研究组进行细节护理干预。对两组患者的舒适度、护理质量和肠道菌群状况进行比较。结果研究组护理舒适度优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理质量优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肠道菌群状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理在肠结核患者临床治疗护理中具有良好的效果,对患者肠道菌群有较大程度的改善,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the application of detailed nursing in clinical treatment and nursing of patients with intestinal tuberculosis and its influence on the changes of intestinal flora in patients.Methods One hundred patients with intestinal tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with standardized anti-tuberculosis drugs.The control group underwent routine nursing intervention and the study group underwent detailed nursing intervention.The comfort,quality of care,and gut flora were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing comfort of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The intestinal flora of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detailed nursing has a good effect in the clinical treatment of intestinal tuberculosis patients,and it has a great improvement on the intestinal flora of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
