摘 要:将煤粉炉粉煤灰、循环流化床粉煤灰和S95矿粉分别进行超细粉磨,按照不同比例复合配制粉煤灰-矿粉复合超细粉,研究复合超细粉的粒度分布、活性指数和流动度比,以及复合超细粉替代一定比例成品P·O42.5水泥后水泥的标准稠度用水量、凝结时间和力学性能。结果表明,煤粉炉粉煤灰、循环流化床粉煤灰及矿粉分别经超细粉磨后,中位粒径分别为4.632μm、2.611μm和6.039μm,循环流化床粉煤灰粒度更细。粉煤灰-矿粉复合超细粉的活性指数和流动度比均满足S95矿粉、甚至S105矿粉技术要求。粉煤灰-矿粉复合超细粉替代25%成品P·O42.5水泥,复合水泥标准稠度用水量和初凝时间略增加,复合水泥3 d和28 d抗压强度明显提高。The pulverized coal furnace fly ash, circulating fluidized bed fly ash and S95 slag powder were superfine grinding respectively, and the fly ash-slag powder composite ultrafine powder was compounded according to different proportions.The particle size distribution,activity index and fluidity ratio of the composite ultrafine powder was studied, as well as the standard consistency water consumption, setting time and mechanical properties of cement mortar with composite superfine powder replacing a certain proportion of finished P·O42.5 cement. The results showed that after the superfine grinding, the median particle sizes of pulverized coal furnace fly ash, circulating fluidized bed fly ash and slag powder are 4.632 μm, 2.611 μm, and 6.039 μm respectively, and the circulating fluidized bed fly ash particle size was finer. The activity index and fluidity ratio of fly ash-slag powder composite ultrafine powder meet the technical requirements of S95 mineral powder or even S105 mineral powder. When the fly ash-slag powder composite ultrafine powder replaced 25% of finished P·O42.5 cement,the water consumption of the standard consistency and initial setting time of the composite cement were slightly increased, and the 3 d and 28 d compressive strength of the composite cement were significantly improved.
