摘 要:"备考型"就业取代"实习应聘型"就业成为当代工科学生毕业就业新模式,由此产生的慢就业、缓就业等问题对高校就业工作和社会人才需求产生严重不利影响。本文通过对工科学院全部毕业生进行就业意向调研,发现学校专业发展教育乏力、就业指导教育薄弱以及毕业生自我定位不清、功利和利己主义盛行是产生上述问题的主要原因,因此针对性地提出精准服务指导学生就业等措施,以期从根源破解学生慢就业、缓就业的难题,为做好财经类院校中工科专业就业工作提供经验。The "preparatory" employment has replaced the"internship"employment as a new mode of graduation employment for contemporary engineering students.The resulting problems such as slow employment and slow employment have had a serious adverse impact on the employment work of colleges and universities and the demand for social talents.Based on the investigation of the employment intention of all graduates of the Academy of Technology,this paper finds that the lack of professional development education,the weakness of employment guidance education and the unclear self^orientation of graduates,the prevalence of utilitarianism and egoism are the main reasons for the above problems.Therefore,this paper puts forward some measures such as accurate service to guide students'employment,so as to solve the problems of students'slow employment and slow down employment from the root causes,and provide experience for the employment of engineering major in finance and economics colleges and universities.
