摘  要:为满足航天领域某些特定LED的需求,如驱动能力强、精度高、输出多档位高分辨率可调等,文章给出了一种高精度输出可调型恒流驱动电路方案。电路由电源转换模块、控制模块、驱动模块组成;驱动模块以比较器电路为核心,实现了恒流驱动的高精度闭环控制;同时,驱动模块选用了12位DA实现4 096档的高分辨率电流档位调节,采用了达林顿管FHD30E实现可达5A的驱动能力;电路中加入保护功能,提高可靠性。实验结果表明,该电路全量程驱动电流精度优于10μA。该电路弥补了大多数恒流驱动电路精度低、驱动能力弱、不可调节、可靠性低等不足,是可应用于遥感卫星定标过程中LED精密恒流驱动控制的良好方案。To achieve the requirements of some specific LEDs in the aerospace field,such as strong drive capability,high precision,adjustable output with high resolution,a high precision drive circuit with adjustable output and constant current is presented.This circuit consists of power supply module,control module and drive module.Based on the comparator circuit,the drive module realizes the closed loop in high precision control of constant current drive.Also,in the drive module,a 12-bit DA is selected to achieve 4096 gears adjustable with high resolution,and a Darlington tube FHD30E is used to achieve the drive capability of up to 5A.The circuit protection function is added to improve the reliability of the circuit.Experimental results show that the drive current accuracy is better than 10μA in full range.This circuit makes up for the deficiencies of most constant current drive circuits,such as low precision,weak drive capability,unadjustable output,and low reliability.It is a better solution that can be applied to LED precision constant current drive control in the calibration process of remote-sensing satellites.
