摘  要:工程中计算五棱镜角度制造误差对出射光线转向角影响的方法有很多,但计算精度都存在不足。为了推导出一种计算结果恒为真值的方法,文章对几种常规方法进行了研究分析,并以解析几何为基础,代入符号规则,推导出了一种计算角度制造误差影响的新方法。将该方法和其他方法的计算精度进行了对比分析,结果表明:五棱镜的出射光线转角误差仅由五棱镜的90°角制造误差、45°角制造误差以及光线入射角I决定,与两个112.5°角的制造误差无关;出射光线转角误差的大小主要取决于五棱镜的角度制造误差,与光线入射角的关系不大。新方法不受光线入射角以及角度制造误差变化的影响,具有一定的实际工程应用价值。There are many methods that are not accurate enough to calculate the influence of angular manufacturing error of pentaprism on the steering angle of emergent ray in engineering.In order to deduce a method that has the calculation result with constant truth value,this paper studies and analyzes several conventional methods,based on the analytic geometry and the symbolic rules,deduces a new method in calculating the influence of angular manufacturing error.The computational accuracy of this method is compared with that of other methods,and the results show that the steering angle error of emergent ray of pentaprism is only determined by the manufacturing error at the angles of 90°and 45°and the incident angle I,and has nothing to do with the manufacturing error at the two 112.5°angles.In addition,the size of the steering angle error of emergent ray mainly depends on the angular manufacturing error of the pentaprism,and has little relationship with the incident angle of light ray.The new method is not affected by the change of incident angle of light ray and angular manufacturing error,and has certain practical application value in engineering.
