摘 要:随着空间站、探月工程、载人登月等重大专项工程的顺利开展,返回式航天器发射飞行任务越来越多。较其他非返回式航天器,返回式航天器发射飞行任务有着突出的后勤保障特点,比如任务参试规模庞大、多地互联、多阶段协调的统筹要求更加苛刻。文章针对返回式航天器发射飞行任务的后勤保障特点,将其工作项目按照关键属地、关键阶段、关键要素进行分类,识别各工作项目的影响因素,化整为零,抓住关键调控因子,满足整个任务的多要素统筹管理。可以为后续类中国"神舟号"载人飞船、无人返回探测器等返回式航天器发射飞行任务后勤保障调控管理提供一定的参考。With the smooth development of major special projects such as the space station,the lunar exploration project and the manned lunar landing,there are more and more recoverable spacecraft missions.Compared with other non-recoverable spacecraft missions,recoverable spacecraft missions have their own outstanding logistical support features,such as the large scale of mission participation,multi-site interconnection and multi-stage coordination,which are even more demanding.According to the logistics support characteristics of the recoverable spacecraft missions,the paper classifies their work items according to key territories,key stages,and key elements,identifies the influencing elements of each work item,breaks up the whole into parts,seizes the key control factors,and multi-element overall management of tasks are meets,which can provide a certain reference for the follow-up logistics control and management of the recoverable spacecraft missions similar to the Shenzhou manned recoverable spacecraft and unmanned recoverable detectors.
