摘  要:运用公式对气缸前盖压铸模型芯成形部位进行推出力计算,并分析受推面设置的局限性,采用特殊的二次脱模设计,使铸件在推出时的开裂及变形现象得到有效解决。详细介绍了有利推出铸件的二次脱模压铸模具设计方法及应用过程,它是有效提高铸件质量的方法之一。The pushing force acting on the core forming location in the die casting die of the cylinder front cover,was calculated by using the formula.After the limitations of the setting of the pushed surface were fully analyzed,the die casting die with a special secondary stripping mechanism(core-pulling device)was designed,which made the cracking and deformation problems of castings be effectively solved.The design method and application process of the die casting die with a core-pulling device that is beneficial to ejecting castings are introduced at length,which is one of the effective methods for improving the quality of die castings.
