摘　　要：士官学员岗位任职能力的高低是衡量职业技术教育成效的重要标准。文章分析士官学员与地方职业院校学生的异同,根据士官学员的人才培养计划,结合岗位任职能力的要求,研究岗位任职能力评价指标,其关键在分类士官学员各种数据轨迹,借助事件数据分析理论,确定评价指标体系。The post holding ability of the cadets is an important standard to measure the effect of vocational and technical education.This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the cadets and the students of local vocational colleges.According to the talent training plan of the cadets,combined with the requirements of the post holding ability,it studies the post holding ability evaluation index.The key is to classify the various data tracks of the cadets and determine the evaluation index system with the help of the event data analysis theory.
