摘 要:本文采用分层整群抽样法,选取辽宁省内三种类型高校五种专业背景的1277名女大学生为被试,采用心理资本量表和择业观念问卷作为调查工具,考查女大学生心理资本对择业观念的影响。结果表明:首先,女大学生心理资本总体处于中等水平,并在年级、高校类型及是否兼职方面存在差异性;其次,女大学生择业观念整体处于中等水平,并在生源地、专业类型及是否兼职方面存在差异性;第三,女大学生心理资本及其四个子维度均对择业观念呈现出正相关关系;第四,女大学生心理资本及其自我效能感子维度对其择业观念具有预测作用。Using stratified cluster sampling method,1277 female college students from three types of colleges and universities with five professional backgrounds in Liaoning Province were selected as the subjects.Using psychological capital scale and job selection concept questionnaire as survey tools,the influence of female college students'Psychological Capital on job selection concept was examined.The results show that:First,female college students' psychological capital is in the middle level,and there are differences in grade,college type and part-time job;Second,female college students*career choice concept is in the middle level,and there are differences in student source,major type and part-time job;Third,female college students'psychological capital and its four sub dimensions are all positive to career choice concept Correlation;Fourth,female college students*psychological capital and self-efficacy sub dimensions can predict their career choice concept.
