摘　　要：文章论述了石油钻井职业卫生管理工作中突出问题,就如何加强职业健康教育、危害因素监测等作简要探讨,并提出对策以最大限度地保障员工的职业健康安全、减少职业病发生的同时,有利于改善企业的职业卫生管理工作,提升企业形象。This paper discusses the prominent problems in the management of oil drilling occupational health.It briefly discusses how to strengthen occupational health education and monitoring of hazardous factors,and it puts forward countermeasures to maxi⁃mize the protection of occupational health of employees.It also discusses how to reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases,and promote improvement Occupational health management of enterprises to establish a better corporate image at the same time.
