摘　　要：文章通过对延炼10万吨/年聚丙烯装置三乙基铝系统进行HAZOP分析,识别和评估了三乙基铝工艺过程安全方面的危险及操作性问题,结合实际提出了可行性改造方案。Through the analysis of HAZOP aluminum System of 100,000 tons/year polypropylene plant,this paper identifies and evaluates the dangerous and operational problems in the safety of three ethyl aluminium process,and puts forward the feasible trans⁃formation scheme in combination with practice.
