摘  要:对船舶首尾及机舱大型总段搭载采用传统的方法进行预修整,存在设备吊装、搭架、数据测量等交叉作业,影响效率并存在安全隐患。本文采用DACS模拟搭载+激光测量相结合的方法,对数据测量、搭载基准、错位补偿、数据确认等方面进行优化改进。结果表明,该方法应用于首尾及机舱大型总段搭载预修整,能较好地实现总段搭载前划线切割余量,保证搭载精度、提高施工效率、改善施工环境。In view of the problems in traditional pretrimming of ship’s curved sections of bow,stern and engine room before erection such as equipment hoisting,scaffolding,data measuring and other cross-operation affecting efficiency and hidden safety trouble,this paper adopts the method of combining DACS simulated erection with laser measurement to optimize and improve the data measurement method,erection baseline,misalighnment compensation and data validation.The results show that the pretrimming of the curved sections with this combined method can realize the marking and cutting allowance before block erection,ensure the erection precision,improve the erection efficiency construction environment.
