摘  要:以α-纤维素为原料,采用离子液体(1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐,AMIMCl)溶解纤维素,纤维素溶液经过醋酸溶液再生获得纤维素凝胶,再经快速冷冻干燥最终制备纤维素气凝胶,考察了再生溶液中醋酸浓度对纤维素气凝胶微观结构的影响。研究结果表明:改变醋酸浓度可调控纤维素气凝胶的微观结构,随着醋酸浓度的增加,气凝胶的片状纤维网络结构转变成丝状纤维网络结构;醋酸浓度为80%时所制得的纤维素气凝胶具有较高的比表面积,达到156.7 m^2/g,且具有良好的热稳定性;900℃碳化后的纤维素导电性能好,其电导率达到4.67 S/m。Withα-cellulose as raw material,the cellulose aerogel was prepared by dissolvingα-cellulose in ionic liquid(1-allyl-3-methyl imidazole chloride salt,AMIMCl),regenerated in acetic acid aqueous solutions and subsequently freeze-dried,and the effect of acetic acid concentration of regeneration solution on the morphology of cellulose aerogel was investigated.The results show that the adjustment of acetic acid concentration can control the morphology of cellulose aerogel.The network of cellulose aerogel changes from flaky network structure to fibrous network structure with the increase of acetic acid concentration.When the concentration of acetic acid is 80%,the resultant cellulose aerogel possesses a specific area as high as 156.7 m^2/g and good thermal stability.After carbonization at 900℃,the conductivity of aerogels greatly improved,which is 4.67 S/m.
