2015—2019年湖南省5个原种猪场主要繁殖障碍性疫病监测

摘　　要：为了解湖南省原种猪场主要繁殖障碍性疾病的流行情况及免疫抗体水平,2015—2019年对5个原种猪场,采集血清及对应扁桃体样品各1000份进行主要繁殖障碍性疾病检测,其中对扁桃体样品进行猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(HP-PRRSV)、伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)、圆环病毒2型(PCV2)、猪细小病毒(PPV)病原检测,对血清样品进行CSFV、PRRSV、PRVgB免疫抗体检测。结果显示:CSFV、PRRSV、HP-PRRSV、PRV、PCV2和PPV病原阳性率分别为0、2.1%、1.3%、9.5%、22.1%、28.9%;部分场PRV感染抗体(gE)反复出现转阳,多数猪场PCV2和PPV感染较严重;CSFV、PRRSV、PRV-gB免疫抗体合格率分别为96.9%、99.7%、98.7%,均超过了国家规定的70%的最低标准。结果表明,这5个原种猪场的CSFV、PRRSV、PRV抗体保护水平良好,且猪瘟基本达到了免疫无疫状态,但部分原种猪场仍存在不同程度的PRRSV、HP-PRRSV、PRV、PCV2、PPV感染,其中PCV2与PPV感染较为严重,需通过免疫、监测、生物安全控制等综合措施,加强控制与净化。In order to identify the prevalence and immune antibody level of major reproductive disorders of pigs in breeding farms in Hunan Province,1000 serum samples and 1000 corresponding tonsils were collected during 2015 to 2019 from five swine farms,specifically,tonsil samples were detected for classical swine fever virus(CSFV),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(HP-PRRSV),pseudorabies virus(PRV),porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)and porcine parvovirus(PPV),and serum samples were detected for the antibodies against CSFV,PRRSV and PRV-gB.The results showed that the positive rates of CSFV,PRRSV,HP-PRRSV,PRV,PCV2 and PPV were 0,2.1%,1.3%,9.5%,22.1%and 28.9%respectively;the gE antibody turned positive repeatedly in some farms,and the infection with PCV2 and PPV was more serious in most farms;the qualified rates of the antibodies against CSFV,PRRSV and PRV-gB were 96.9%,99.7%and 98.7%respectively,all of which exceeded the national minimum standard of 70%.It was concluded that the antibody level against CSFV,PRRSV and PRV was good in these farms,and the free status of CSF with vaccination was almost achieved,but some farms were still infected with PRRSV,HP-PRRSV,PRV,PCV2 and PPV to some extent,especially PCV2 and PPV,which should be controlled and purified by a series of comprehensive measures such as vaccination,monitoring and bio-security control,etc.
