摘  要:2019年秋蚕期,安康市蚕桑产业发展中心开展了室内家蚕粉体配合饲料全龄养蚕试验。试验结果表明,家蚕粉体配合饲料全龄育的蚕4眠蚕体重表现最好,但发育慢、个体小、死笼率高,丝质成绩与对照差距大,1-2龄家蚕粉体配合饲料育、3-5龄桑叶育组的蚕4眠蚕体重、5龄最大蚕体重、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率和粒茧丝长等指标均优于对照组,但死笼率也高于对照组。综合分析,本次试验受各种因素影响,试验结果与预期存在一定差距,但从家蚕粉体配合饲料养蚕技术层面看,家蚕粉体配合饲料全龄育和小蚕育是可行的,在生产中应用需配套相关养蚕设施和饲养技术。In the autumn of 2019,Ankang Sericulture Development Center conducted a comparative experiment on rearing silkworms indoor with powder formula feeds in all instars.The results showed that the weight performance of 4th instar moulting silkworm with powder formula feed was the best,but the growth rate was slow,the silkworm was small,the dead worm cocoon rate was high and the silk performance was significantly lower than the control.The weight of 4th instar moulting silkworm,the maximal weight,the whole cocoon weight,the cocoon shell weight,cocoon layer rate and length of silk of 5th instar silkworm rearing with powder formula feed for 1-2 instars and mulberry leaves for 3-5 instars were all superior to that of the control,and the dead worm cocoon rate was also high.In conclusion,the experiment was affected by various factors and there was some disparity between the results and expectation.But from the perspective of rearing silkworm with powder formula feed,it is feasible to feed 1-2 instars and all instars silkworms with powder formula feed,and related silkworm rearing facilities and techniques are needed in production.
