面向东南亚国家的MTCSOL国别化汉语师资培养体系建构研究

摘　　要：随着国别化汉语教学成为关注重点,汉语教师师资培养也应向国别化方向发展。针对东南亚汉语教学区域,提出构建"教+学+践+研"一体化的"四维联动"式汉语国际教育硕士专业国别化师资培养体系,提高汉语国际教育硕士专业建设质量,同时培养更多合格的满足对象国所需要的汉语师资。As country-specific Chinese teaching becomes a major concern in the teaching of Chinese as a second language(TCSL),training of TCSL teachers should also move toward the“country-specific”direction.Specific to TCSL in Southeastern Asia,this paper proposes the construction of a“4D linked”training system of country-specific TCSL teachers with MTCSOL which is characterized by integration of“teaching+learning+practice+research”to improve the construction quality of majors for MTCSOL while cultivating more qualified TCSL teachers to meet the needs of the target countries.
