摘　　要：腰部筋伤疾病是目前大众化、年轻化的多发疾病之一。随着生活节奏的加快,腰部筋伤疾病的发病率日渐增多。常用西药及手术治疗大多会产生一定程度的副作用,给患者带来不便,产生治疗畏惧感。为此,探寻一种副作用小且效果佳的治疗思路意义重大。针刺疗法作为传统中医外治疗法,在国内外得到广泛认可,在腰部筋伤疾病应用逐步增多。本文通过综述近5年临床研究,分别论述针刺在腰椎间盘突出症、腰扭伤、腰肌劳损中的应用,为拓展腰部筋伤疾病治疗提供客观真实可靠经验。Lumbar tendon injury is one of the most common diseases especially among young people.With the acceleration of the pace of life,the incidence of lumbar tendon injury is increa-sing.Most of the commonly used western medicine and surgical treatment will produce a certain degree of side effects,bring inconvenience to patients,resulting in a sense of treatment fear.Therefore,it is of great significance to seek a treatment approach with low side effects and good effect.As an external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture therapy has been widely recognized at home and abroad,and its application in lumbar tendon injury is gradually increasing.In this paper,the application of acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,lumbar sprain and lumbar muscle strain is discussed through the review of clinical studies in the past five years,so as to provide objective,real and reliable experience for the treatment of lumbar tendon injury.
