摘　　要：目的对某院85例海军潜艇特勤疗养员健康状况分析并提出指导意见。方法选取来院疗养的85例潜艇特勤人员为海勤组,选取同期来院的100例陆勤人员为对照组,;两组均进行健康查体,比较两组人员的各项健康指标。结果在一般性资料比较中两组人员的年龄和平均动脉压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而海勤组的BMI(24.5±1.6)高于对照组(20.2±2.2),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在两组人员体检资料比较中,B超显示海勤组患脂肪肝比例(0.49%)明显高于对照组(0.31%),(P<0.05);检验显示海勤组血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、谷丙转氨酶、血糖和尿酸的平均水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心电图显示海勤组心律失常比例(0.16%)高于对照组(0.08%),(P<0.05);胸部平片显示海勤组肺纹理增多的比例(0.25%)高于对照组(0.06%),(P<0.01)。其余体检项目差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论由于潜艇部队特殊的生活环境,致代谢系统和呼吸系统的相关指标异常检出率增多,开展健康教育及增强保健意识对预防和控制相关疾病的发生具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the health status of 85 naval submarine special-service convalescents in a hospital and some put forward some suggestions.Methods 85 cases of submarine special service personnel who came to the hospital for recuperation were selected as the sea service group,and 100 cases of land service personnel who came to the hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent health examination,and the health indexes of the two groups were compared.P<0.05 means the difference is statistically significant.Results In the general data comparison,there was no statistically significant difference in age and average arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05),while the BMI of the sea service group(24.5±1.6)was higher than that of the control group(20.2±2.2),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of physical examination data between the two groups,B-mode ultrasound showed that the proportion of fatty liver in the sea service group(0.49)was significantly higher than that in the control group(0.31)(P<0.05).The results showed that the mean levels of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,ALT and blood glucose in the sea service group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Electrocardiogram showed that the arrhythmia rate in the sea service group(0.16)was higher than that in control group(0.08)(P<0.05).Chest plain film showed that the proportion of increased lung texture in the sea service group(0.25)was higher than that in control group(0.06)(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in other physical examination items(P>0.05).Conclusion Due to the special living environment of the submarine troops,the abnormal detection rate of the related indicators of the metabolic system and respiratory system has increased,so it is of great significance to carry out health education and enhance health care awareness to prevent and control the occurrence of related diseases.
