摘　　要：城市产业园区开发具有多种方式,核心在于产业、资本、基础设施建设。以广州市白云区产业园区开发模式为例,研究产业园区的开发模式与特点,介绍白云模式及其升级版,为地方政府园区开发选择开发方式提供参考。There are many ways to develop urban industrial parks,the core of which lies in the construction of industry,capital and infrastructure.Taking the development model of Baiyun industrial park in Guangzhou as an example,this paper studies the development model and characteristics of the industrial park,introduces the Baiyun mode and its upgraded version,in order to provide reference for the local government to choose the development mode.
