摘 要:煤矿井下爆破是目前巷道掘进的一种重要方法,受各种因素的影响,爆破过程中经常出现拒爆和残爆,严重影响煤矿井下的安全生产和施工进度。为了减少井下残拒爆,首先从普适准爆条件、爆破网路准爆条件2方面着手,对串联、串并联网路参数准爆条件和发爆能力进行分析,然后结合发爆器、电雷管、爆破母线等爆破器材基本参数,对一次起爆雷管数量进行分析,得到了煤矿井下爆破一次起爆雷管数量和爆破网路连接方式的准爆条件,现场应用取得了较好的效果,对煤矿爆破安全有较强的指导意义。Underground blasting is an important method of tunnel excavation at present.However,due to the influence of various factors,misfire and residual explosion often occur in the blasting process,which seriously affects the safety production and construction progress of the underground coal mine.In order to reduce the misfire and misfire,first of all,the authors began to analyse from two aspects:general quasi explosion conditions and quasi explosion conditions of blasting network,the quasi explosion conditions and explosion capacity of series and parallel network circuit parameters were analyzed;the quantity of primary detonators was analyzed based on the basic parameters of detonators,electric detonators and blasting buses.The quasi explosion conditions of the quantity of primary detonators and the connection mode of blasting network were obtained.Good results have been achieved in the field application,which has a strong guiding significance for the blasting safety of coal mines.
