摘 要:随着底板抽放巷机械化装备水平的不断提升,整体单进水平也在不断的提高,但随着单进的提升,另一问题逐渐凸显,即在锚杆支护密度及强度方面,因底板抽放巷用途单一,若为达到巷道支护效果而加大锚杆支护密度及强度的情况,不仅增加施工任务量,影响施工进度,也在一定程度上造成支护材料的浪费。以4204底板抽放巷(下)为工程背景,运用数值模拟软件进一步优化该巷锚杆间排距,在保证巷道支护强度满足要求的前提下,提高了单进水平,可为同类型地质条件下矿井提供参考。With the continuous improvement of mechanized equipment level of floor extraction roadway,the overall level of single entry was also constantly improving,but with the improvement of single entry,another problem was gradually highlighted,that was,in terms of bolt support density and strength,because the purpose of floor extraction roadway was single,if the density and strength of bolt support were increased to achieve the effect of roadway supporting,not only the construction task will be increased,but also the construction will be affected.The progress of construction also caused the waste of supporting materials to a certain extent.Based on the engineering background of 4204 floor extraction roadway(lower),the numerical simulation software was used to further optimize the row spacing between the bolts of the roadway.On the premise of ensuring that the supporting strength of the roadway met the requirements,the single entry level was improved,which provided a reference value for the mine under the same type of geological conditions.
