摘  要:为提高超纤合成革基布的致密性,首先采用熔融纺丝法制备了高收缩聚酯(HSPET)纤维,得到最佳纺丝和牵伸条件;再采用针刺法得到HSPET纤维/海岛复合纤维针刺非织造布,经NaOH开纤处理得到超纤合成革针刺非织造基布;研究共混比例对超纤合成革针刺非织造基布致密性的影响。结果表明:当海岛复合纤维与高收缩聚酯纤维的比例为7∶3时,处理后共混针刺非织造布的致密性最好,所得针刺非织造布纵向断裂强力148.5 N和撕裂强力34.2 N,横向断裂强力75.3 N和撕破强力65.4 N,透气率和透湿率分别为603.5 L/(m^2·s)和90 g/(m^2·h);以该针刺非织造布为原料,制得的超纤合成革力学性能优异,透气率为113 L/(m^2·s)。In order to improve the compactness of super-fiber synthetic leather substrates,high shrinkage polyester fiber was first prepared by melt spinning method,and the optimum spinning and drawing conditions were obtained.Then the high shrinkage polyester fiber/sea-island composite fiber nonwovens was obtained by needle-punch method,and the needle-punched nonwovens of microfiber synthetic leather were obtained by alkali treatment.The effect of blending ratio on the compactness of needle-punched nonwovens of microfiber synthetic leather was studied.The results showed that when the ratio of sea-island composite fibers to high shrinkage polyester fibers was 7∶3(v/v),the blended needle-punched nonowoven fabrics after treatment was of the best compactness.Their longitudinal breaking strength and tearing strength of were 148.5 N and 34.2 N,and the transverse breaking strength and tearing strength were 75.3 N and 65.4 N,and their air permeability and moisture permeablility were 603.5 L/(m^2·s)and 90 g/(m^2·h),respectively.The super-fiber synthetic leather with the such needle-punched nonowoven fabrics as material has excellent mechanical properties,and its air permeability is 113 L/(m^2·s).
