摘  要:为了识别金属材料表面及内部缺陷,基于涡流检测(eddy current testing,ECT)技术,提出了一种运用二维扫描的涡流梯度场检测系统。通过给双空气芯线圈传感器加入正弦激励电流,由采集卡采集传感器激励电压和感应电压,接着通过数字相敏解调的方法对采集到的两个信号进行处理,并绘制涡流场在不同维度上变化的梯度。结果表明:通过不同频率成分所表现的梯度场图像信息可在有效抑制提离噪声的前提下准确识别出金属板表面及内部的微小缺陷,可视化检测效果明显。In order to identify the surface and internal defects of metal materials,a two-dimensional scanning eddy current gradient field detection system using eddy current testing technology is proposed.By adding sinusoidal excitation current to the double air core coil sensor,the excitation voltage and induced voltage of the sensor are collected by the acquisition card,and then the digital phase sensitive demodulation is carried out on the two signals,and the gradient of eddy current field changes in different dimensions is plotted.The results show that the gradient field image information represented by different frequency components can accurately identify the micro defects on the surface and inside of the metal plate under the premise of effectively suppressing the lift-off noise,and the visual detection effect is obvious.
