摘 要:肾组织氧合对维持肾脏正常生理功能及疾病发生、发展具有重要作用。血氧水平依赖(BOLD)MRI可无创性地测量肾组织氧合,用于了解肾组织的代谢情况,从而间接反映肾脏的病理生理状况。近年来BOLD MRI越来越多地应用于肾动脉狭窄、移植肾功能评估、糖尿病肾病、慢性肾脏病、对比剂后急性肾损伤、肾肿物鉴别及药物性肾损害等疾病的临床研究。就BOLD MRI的基本原理及其在肾脏疾病中的研究进展予以综述。Renal oxygenation plays an important role in maintaining normal function and disease development of kidney.Blood oxygenation level dependent(BOLD)MRI has recently been utilized as a noninvasive tool for evaluating renal oxygenation,it offers the possibility to measure tissue oxygenation noninvasively,which can be used to understand the metabolism of renal tissue and indirectly reflect the pathophysiological state of kidney.Recently,many investigators have used this method to evaluate cortical and medullary oxygenation in patients with renal artery stenosis,renal allograft function evaluation,diabetic nephropathy,chronic kidney disease,post-contrast acute kidney injury,renal tumor differentiation and drug-induced renal damage.This study reviews the fundamental mechanism of BOLD MRI and its value in evaluating renal disease.
