基于“健康中国”的终身体育与体育社会化

摘　　要：随着全面建成小康社会进程的稳步实施,以及“健康中国”“体育强国”战略的积极推进与实践,人们对体育与健康越来越重视。倡导与构建终身体育体系,建立与健全体育社会化的理论和实践方兴未艾,但人们对终身体育与体育社会化理念的认识与理解,还不够全面和深入。因此,全面而深刻地诠释终身体育与体育社会化的理念,有利于提升人们对终身体育与体育社会化的认知和认同,从而更好地指导和贯穿到体育实践中去,增强获得感和愉悦度。With the steady implementation of the process of building a moderately prosperous society in an all respects,and the active promotion and practice of the strategy of“healthy China”and“sports power”,people pay more and more attention to sports and health.It is in the ascendant to advocate and construct the lifelong sports system,to establish and perfect the theory and practice of sports socialization,but people s understanding of lifelong sports and sports socialization is not comprehensive and in-depth.Therefore,a comprehensive and profound interpretation of the concept of life-long sports and sports socialization is conducive to promote people s cognition and recognition of life-long sports and sports socialization,so as to better guide and penetrate into sports practice,and enhance the sense of gain and pleasure.
