苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗中青年2级高血压临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗中青年2级高血压的临床疗效及安全性分析。方法选择北京中医药大学房山医院收治的2018年6月-2019年6月的中青年2级高血压患者128例,随机均分为对照A组42例(接受苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗)、对照B组43例(接受缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗)和观察C组43例(接受苯磺酸氨氯地平片+缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗),3组均连续治疗2个月。测量比较3组治疗前后收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)、舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)和心率(heart rate,HR),以及治疗有效率和不良反应发生率。结果 3组患者治疗后SBP、DBP、HR均下降(P<0.05)。且与对照A、B组比较,C组SBP、BBP降低较明显(P<0.05);3组的总有效率差异有统计学意义,且C组高于A、B组(P<0.05)。3组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗能显著改善中青年高血压患者的血压状况,优于单药使用,安全性佳,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of amlodipine besylate combined with valsartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of grade 2 hypertension in young and middle-aged adults.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of young and middle-aged patients with grade 2 hypertension treated in our hospital between June 2018-June 2019 young were selected and,randomly divided into control group A(treated with benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine,n=42),control group B(treated with valsartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets,n=43)and observation group C with 43 cases(benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine+valsartan hydrochlorothiazide tablet treatment).All the three groups received two months of treatment.Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),treatment efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions were measured before and after treatment and compared between the three groups.Results After treatment,SBP,DBP and HR decreased in the three groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group A and B,SBP and BBP in group C decreased significantly(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group C was higher than that of group A and B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of amlodipine besylate with valsartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension can lower blood pressure more significantly than a single drug.This therapy is safe and,worthy of clinical application.
