摘　　要：目的在新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)(简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间,评价护理应急管理方案在医院保洁人员中的应用效果。方法制定新冠肺炎疫情期间医院保洁人员的护理应急管理方案,包括:制定医院保洁人员的三级管理制度、强化保洁人员培训、改进保洁流程、保洁人员自我防护措施,采用线上为主、线下为辅培训方式,同时确立培训主体和考核质量标准,并对培训效果进行追踪。结果医院保洁人员手卫生和脱戴口罩的依从性明显提高,环境物品表面的生物监测合格率明显提高。结论新冠肺炎疫情属于公共卫生事件,在疫情期间对医院后勤保洁人员的规范化培训能够一定程度上减少疾病的传播。Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing emergency management in hospital cleaning during the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Methods A nursing emergency management plan was formulated for hospital cleaners during the COVID-19 pandemic that involved establishing the three-level management system of hospital cleaners,strengthening the training of cleaners,improving the cleaning process and the self-protection measures of cleaners,adopting the online training method as the auxiliary training method,identifying the trainees and the assessment quality standard,and tracing the training effect.Results The compliance of hospital cleaners to wash their hands and wear face masks significantly improved,and the qualified rate of biological monitoring on the surface of environmental articles was significantly increased.Conclusion The COVID-19 pandemic is a public health event,but the standardized training of hospital cleaners can help contain the spread of the disease.
