摘　　要：银黄制剂是由金银花、黄芩2种药材的提取物组成,其上市产品涉及注射剂和口服两类剂型,具有清热疏风,利咽解毒等功效,临床广泛应用于上呼吸道感染、急慢性咽炎、急慢性扁桃体炎等外感性疾病。本研究从现代药理学研究和临床应用等方面对银黄制剂抗感染作用的研究进展予以综述,以期对其上市后再评价研究及应用提供参考。Objective:Yinhuang preparations,consisting of the extractions of Flos Lonicerae and Radix Scutellariae,have the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,expelling wind and relieving sore throat.The marketed products,which are mainly divided into injections and oral preparations,are widely used in clinic for exopathogenic diseases,including upper respiratory infection,acute and chronic rhinitis,amygdalitis,etc.The present study reviews the anti-infectious researches of Yinhuang preparations on pharmacology and clinical applications to provide a useful reference for the clinical use in the post-marketed drug reassessment.
