摘  要:针对当前电子政务和城市规划管理的需求,提出了基于GIS、CAD、工作流等技术,构建了一套服务规划管理全生命周期业务的信息平台。该平台上线以来,全面支撑了市、区两级规划部门规划管理工作,提升了规划管理效率和规范性。随着规划和自然资源业务整合,通过深化业务重构、数据资源整合,平台将逐步建立支撑自然资源和规划业务全流程管理体系。本文详细介绍了平台的总体架构、数据库设计和平台功能设计,并分析了平台的技术特色。According to the requirement of E-government and urban planning management,this paper proposes building information platform to support full life cycle planning management by using GIS,CAD,workflow and other technologies.Since the platform was put into use,it has been applied in the municipal and district planning management institutions,and improved the efficiency and standardization.With the business integration of urban planning management and natural resources management,the platform will gradually supportall the business of natural resources and urban planning business by business restructure and data resource integration.This paper described the architecture,system function,database system and the technological innovation features of the platform.
