摘 要:城镇三维重心的转移特征可以反映一定时间内城镇用地规模、空间形态等信息。提出了利用数字地形图,自动提取每个建筑物的层次、建筑面积、重心坐标等信息来计算城镇三维重心的方法。该方法能详细区分建筑面积半算的阳台、不算面积的檐廊、阳台或飘楼的层次不同于建筑主体等情况,逐一计算准确的建筑面积,并开发了城镇三维重心自动计算程序。以莆田市南日岛为例进行计算和分析,结果表明该方法可自动、准确地计算城镇三维重心,并统计总建筑占地面积、总建筑面积等内容,有利于全面、精确地反映城镇形态空间的变化特点。The transfer characteristics of urban three-dimensional center of gravity can reflect the scale and spatial form of urban land in a certain period of time.This paper proposes a method to calculate the three-dimensional center of gravity of towns by using digital cadastral map to automatically extract the floor,area,gravity coordinates and other information of each building.This method can distinguish that the floor and area of accessory building is different from the main building in detail,calculate the building area one by one,and develop the automatic calculation program.Taking Nanri island of Putian City as an example,the results show that the method can automatically and accurately calculate the three-dimensional center of gravity of the town,and count the total building areaand other contents,which is conducive to comprehensively and accurately reflect the change characteristics of the urban form and space.
