摘　　要：目的深入了解新型冠状病毒肺炎下支援武汉男护士的真实体验,为他们提供支持与帮助。方法2020年2—3月,基于质性研究的现象学方法,对14名赶赴武汉一线工作的男护士进行问卷调查和半结构式访谈,将获得的资料进行分析、整理、提炼主题。结果归纳出4个主题:对新型冠状病毒肺炎的担忧;面对新型冠状病毒肺炎的工作压力;家庭、社会因素;应对压力的方式缺乏。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下,临床一线男护士面临着巨大的心理和生理压力,应采取有效的干预措施,保证他们的身心健康,从而打赢这场攻坚战。Objective To learn more about the real experience of male nurses supporting Wuhan for fighting COVID-19 and provide them with support and help.Methods From February to March 2020,with phenomenological method of qualitative research,14 male nurses providing support for Wuhan fighting against COVID-19 were surveyed and semi-structured interviews were conducted.Results Four main themes were extracted:concerns about COVID-19;working pressure in facing COVID-19;family and social factors and lack of ways to cope with stress.Conclusion Under the epidemic of COVID-19,male nurses in clinical first-line demonstrate heavy psychological and physical pressure,and effective intervention measures should be taken to ensure their physical and mental health,so as to win this tough battle.
