不同颜色遮阳网和遮荫高度对‘金菠萝’产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：为调查遮阳网颜色和设置高度对‘金菠萝’日灼率的影响,以0、20和40 cm高度(离植株顶部距离)的黑网、绿网、蓝网3种颜色的遮阳网,对‘金菠萝’进行遮光处理,测定‘金菠萝’的产量、单果重、可食率、外观性状和主要内在品质指标。结果表明,采用高度20 cm的蓝色遮阳网防菠萝日灼效果优于其他处理,且果实可溶性固形物含量最高,高度40 cm的蓝网处理菠萝果实VC含量最高;高度20 cm的绿网覆盖的菠萝单果重最大,果实纵径、横径、果眼数、果形指数和果实硬度最高,果实可溶性糖含量最高,可食率也优于其他处理。由此表明,在菠萝的栽培生产中,选择蓝色或绿色遮阳网能有效提高菠萝产量和质量。In order to investigate the influence of shade net color and net height on the sunburn rate of golden pineapple fruit,black net,green net and blue shade net with the height of 0,20 and 40 cm(distance from the top of the plant)were used to shade the fruit of golden pineapple.The yield,single fruit weight,edible rate,appearance character and main internal quality indexes of the fruit of golden pineapple were measured.The results showed that the blue shade net with a height of 20 cm was better than the other treatments in preventing pineapple fruit from sunburn.The pineapple fruit contained the highest soluble solids in the blue shade net with a height of 20 cm and the highest VC in the blue shade net with a height of 40 cm.The pineapple fruit under the green net treatment with a height of 20 cm was the highest in single fruit weight vertical diameter,horizontal diameter,number of fruit eyes,fruit shape index,fruit hardness and soluble sugar content,and was higher in fruit edible rate than those under other treatments.It can be seen from theseresults that blue or green shading net can be used in pineapple cultivation to improve the production and quality of pineapple.
