摘 要:以砂培法进行种子萌发试验,通过发芽势(GE)、发芽率(GP)和发芽指数(GI)3个指标评价白花鬼针草种子在不同湿度、pH、盐度和渗透势条件下的萌发情况。结果表明:白花鬼针草种子在相对湿度为30%~100%均能够萌发,发芽率在51.66%~95.21%,湿度为70%时发芽指标最高。种子萌发对pH的适应范围较广,在pH 4~10均能够萌发,发芽率在78.36%~94.35%,pH为7时,发芽指标最高。种子萌发还具有较高的耐盐胁迫性,盐度为0~320 mmol/L均能够萌发,发芽率在5.78%~95.07%;当盐度为0~20 mmol/L时,发芽指标无显著变化;当盐度20 mmol/L以上时,随盐度升高,发芽指标显著降低。种子萌发对渗透势的耐受范围较小,当渗透势为-0.06 Mpa,发芽指标最高,发芽率为95.07%;当渗透势降低至-0.32 Mpa时,发芽率快速下降为58.96%;当渗透势降低至-1.1 Mpa时,完全抑制了其种子萌发。由此可见,白花鬼针草种子萌发能够适应较宽的湿度、pH和盐度范围,而对渗透势的耐受范围相对较窄。The seed germination test for Bidens pilosa was carried out by sand culture to observe the germination of B.pilosa seeds under the conditions of different humidity,pH,salinity and osmotic potential in terms of germination energy,germination rate and germination index.The results showed that the seeds of B.pilosa germinated normally at the relative humidity of 30%-100%,with the germination rate being 51.66%-95.21%,and that the evaluation index of germination was the highest at the relative humidity of 70%.The suitable range of pH value for seed germination of B.pilosa was wide.The seeds germinated normally at a pH value ranging 4-10 and the germination rate was between 78.36%and 94.35%.When the pH value was 7,the germination index was the highest.The B.pilosa seeds were also high in salt tolerance at germination.The germination rate was between 5.78%and 95.07%at the salinity of 0-320 mmol·L-1.No significant change in germination evaluation index was observed when the seeds were treated at the salinity of 0-20 mmol·L-1.When the seeds were treated at a salinity above 20 mmol·L-1,the evaluation index of germination decreased significantly with the increase of salinity.The tolerance range of seed germination of B.pilosa to osmotic potential was relatively small.When the osmotic potential was-0.06 Mpa,the germination evaluation index was the highest,,and the germination rate was 95.07%.When the osmotic potential was reduced to-0.32 Mpa,the seed germination rate rapidly decreased to 58.96%.When the osmotic potential was reduced to-1.1 MPa,the seed germination was completely inhibited.It can be seen from all these results that the germination of B.pilosa seeds can adapt to a wide range of humidity,pH and salinity,but a narrow range of osmotic potential.
