摘　　要：轧机压下系统涉及轧钢、机械、液压、电气、轧辊等多专业,要熟悉轧制工艺、液压系统、电气控制原理。通过实例,介绍了液压压下系统故障分类及处理方法,对轧机液压压下系统故障进行了总结,对降低钢铁企业液压压下系统故障起到关键指导作用。Hydraulic screw down system involves multiple professions including steel rolling,machinery,hydraulics,electricity and roll.Researchers should be familiar with the rolling process,hydraulic system,electrical control principle.This paper introduces the classification and treatment of hydraulic press-down system faults through examples,summarizes the faults of rolling mill hydraulic press-down system,in the hope of providing key guidance in reducing hydraulic press-down system faults in iron and steel enterprises.
