摘 要:随着冀东油田大斜度、大位移井数量大幅增加,以及钻井新工艺的采用,导致录井过程中油气显示发现难度日益增大;同时因钻井液中添加了大量具有荧光特性的添加剂,导致钻井液出现不同程度荧光污染,严重干扰了地质录井油气显示的发现。为此,冀东油田开展了三维定量荧光录井技术研究首先,对其含油浓度和对比级的对应性、样品分析结果重复性误差进行了可靠性分析,指出了该技术的优势与局限性;其次,根据现场应用流程,明确了不同性质原油的主要谱图类型,厘清了不同区块、层位谱图形态特征,并梳理了该地区常用钻井液添加剂谱图类型,通过辨识不同样品在主峰出峰位置和出峰组合上的差异,达到有效排除钻井液污染影响,发现岩屑中真实油气显示的目的;最后,优选三维定量荧光含油性特征参数CN指数和N指数,建立三维定量荧光解释方法,实现对储集层含油性的有效识别。通过多口井的应用表明,三维定量荧光技术能够满足大斜度、大位移井钻探的需要,具有全面推广的应用价值。With the increase of highly deviated and extended reach wells in Jidong Oilfield and the adoption of new drilling technology,it is more difficult to find the show of gas and oil during mud logging.At the same time,a large number of additives with fluorescence characteristics are added to the drilling fluid,which leads to varying degrees of fluorescence pollution in the drilling fluid,and seriously interferes with the discovery of the show of gas and oil in geological logging.Therefore,3D quantitative fluorescence logging technology has been developed in Jidong Oilfield.Firstly,The reliability analysis was carried out on the correspondence of oil concentration and contrast grade,and repeatability error of sample analysis results.The advantages and limitations of this technology were pointed out.Secondly,according to the field application process,the main icon types of crude oil with different properties were made clear,the icon morphologic characteristics of different blocks and horizons were clarified,and the icon types of commonly used drilling fluid additives in this area were sorted out.By identifying the differences between the main peak position and peak combination of different samples,the impacts of drilling fluid pollution are eliminated effectively,and the real show of gas and oil in cuttings is found.Finally,3D quantitative fluorescence oil-bearing characteristic parameters of indices of CN and N were optimized,and the 3D quantitative fluorescence interpretation method was established to realize the effective identification of reservoir oil-bearing property.The application of multiple wells shows that the 3D quantitative fluorescence technology can meet the needs of drilling in highly deviated and extended reach wells and has the value of comprehensive popularization and application.
