摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的一种影响母猪繁殖与仔猪呼吸系统的疾病,给全球养猪业造成了巨大经济损失。目前常用的病毒检测方法有血清中和试验(SN)、免疫过氧化酶单层细胞试验(IPMA)、胶体金免疫层析试纸法、反转录PCR(RT-PCR)、荧光定量PCR(qPCR)、反转录-环介导等温扩增(RT-LAMP)、间接免疫荧光试验(IFA)、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、原位杂交技术(ISH)、基因芯片技术和环介导间接PCR等。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)is a disease caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)that affects sow reproduction and piglet respiratory system,causing enormous losses to all the world.Serum neutralization test(SN),immunoperoxidase monolayer assay(IPMA),immunochromatographic strip,reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR(QRT-PCR),reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification(RT-LAMP),indirect immunofluorescent antibody assay(IFA),enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),in situ hybridization(ISH),gene chip technology and loop-mediated indirect PCR were widely used to detect PRRSV in China nowadays.
