摘 要:基于采矿延深速度合理确定矿石半移动破碎站移设步距,通过多方案类比以及全面技术经济比较,并充分考虑了采场由山坡露天阶段向深凹露天阶段过渡时,深部胶带工艺布置与前期地表胶带的衔接,合理确定了矿石半移动破碎站-胶带机开拓运输系统的最佳工艺布置方式,实现了前期供矿胶带的充分利用,节省了投资。Based on mining extension rate,moving increment of semi-mobile crushing station is reasonably determined.Through multi-scheme analogy and comprehensive technical and economic comparison,with the connection between the process layout of deep rubber belt and the previous surface rubber belt during the stope transition from the open stage of hillside to the open stage of deep depression fully considered,the optimal process layout of the ore semi-mobile crushing station-belt conveyor development transportation system is reasonably determined,which realizes the full utilization of early-stage ore-supply belt conveyors and saves environment.
