摘  要:选取了1个具有代表性采用多级物料膜系统对垃圾渗滤液NF浓缩液进行再减量的工程案例进行研究,结合三维荧光光谱分析和其他分析手段,综合评估该系统的处理效果。研究结果表明,工程稳定运行后,渗滤液NF浓缩液可平均减量88.17%,最高减量百分比达91.44%。系统对芳香性组分,尤其是类腐植酸和发射波长450 nm以上的富里酸具有良好的去除效果,减量化后的清液COD去除率在72%以上,但需进一步处理后方能达标排放。多级物料膜系统能极大地减小NF浓缩液体积,减轻后续处理压力,配合适当的一级浓液和二级浓液处理工艺,如资源化利用等,将能彻底解决垃圾渗滤液行业中NF浓缩液的处理难题。A typical engineering case of re-decrement of NF concentrate of landfill leachate by multi-stage material membrane system was studied,combined with three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum analysis and other analytical methods,the treatment effect of the system was synthetically evaluated.The result showed that after the stable operation of the project,NF concentrate of leachate decreased by 88.17%on average and the maximum reduction percentage was 91.44%.The system has a good removal effect on aromatic components,especially the kind of humic acid and fulvic acid with emission wavelength over 450 nm,the COD removal rate of the reduced liquid was above 72%,but further treatment was required for the discharge to meet the standards.The multistage material membrane system could greatly reduce the volume of NF concentrate,reduce subsequent handling stress,and combined with appropriate primary and secondary concentration processes,such as resource utilization,et al,the treatment problems of NF concentration in landfill leachate industry could be completely solved.
