摘 要:为探究不同填埋龄的填埋垃圾中抗生素残留特征,采集了北京阿苏卫填埋场中老龄填埋区和新鲜填埋区的填埋垃圾样品,采用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱仪分析了填埋垃圾中5类14种抗生素的浓度。结果显示,四环素类、磺胺类、大环内酯类、β-内酰胺类和喹诺酮类抗生素浓度范围为26.6~288.4、65.1~148.6、17.4~94.2、9.1~102.2、173.6~468.6μg/kg。喹诺酮类抗生素氧氟沙星浓度最高,平均浓度达到240.0μg/kg,占全部抗生素浓度的52.0%。老龄填埋区中抗生素浓度显著低于新鲜填埋区中(P<0.01),这可能与填埋垃圾组分以及填埋过程的微生物降解有关。To explore the characteristics of antibiotic residues in landfill waste of different landfill ages,landfill waste samples were collected from the old landfill area and the fresh landfill area of Beijing Asuwei landfill site.The ultra-high performance liquid chromatography combined with triple four-bar tandem mass spectrometry was adopted to analyze the concentrations of 14 antibiotics from 5 classes in landfill waste.The results showed that the antibiotics concentrations of tetracyclines,sulfonamides,macrolides,β-lactam and quinolones ranged from 26.6 to 288.4μg/kg,65.1 to 148.6μg/kg,17.4 to 94.2μg/kg,9.1 to 102.2μg/kg,173.6 to 468.6μg/kg,respectively.The ofloxacin belonged to quinolones had the highest concentration with an average concentration of 240.0μg/kg,which accounted for 52.0%of the total antibiotic concentration.The concentration of antibiotics in the aged landfill was significantly lower than that in the fresh landfill(P<0.01),which may be related to the composition of landfill waste and the microbial degradation during landfill.
