摘　　要："邻利化"是生活垃圾焚烧发电厂在生态文明时期发展的新趋势。从生活垃圾焚烧发电厂本身的属性出发,分析其可邻利的要点。在此基础上,结合案例分析从功能互动和景观提升两个方面提出邻利策略,并针对已建、在建和规划的生活垃圾焚烧发电厂提出不同阶段的邻利对策,用于指导其规划建设和运营。"YIMBY"is a new trend in the development of MSW incineration power plants in the period of ecological civilization.Starting from the properties of MSW incineration power plant,the main points of its"YIMBY"were analyzed.On this basis,combining with the cases analysis,the"YIMBY"strategy was proposed from two aspects of functional interaction and landscape improvement,and the countermeasures of"YIMBY"in different stages were put forward for the established,under construction and planned MSW incineration power plants,which could be used to guide its planning,construction and operation.
