漳州市2000-2018年水果产业规模变化与结构调整分析

摘　　要：漳州市是福建省最大的水果产区。2018年全市水果种植面积和产量分别达11.38万hm2和327.56万t,占全省水果种植总面积33.18万hm2的34.29%和总产量639.82万t的51.20%。本文分析了2000-2018年漳州市水果产业种植规模、产量和结构的变化规律,同时提出以市场为导向,加快果业的结构调整;以科技为支撑,提高果品品质安全;以商品化为抓手,提高产品竞争力;以休闲农业为延伸,提高果业经济效益,促进漳州市水果产业可持续发展的建议与对策。Zhangzhou City is the largest fruit producing area in Fujian Province.In 2018,the planting area and yield reached 113.8 thousand hectares and 3.28 million tons respectively,accounting for 34.29%of the total area of 331.8 thousand hectares planted and 51.20%of the total output of 6.40 million tons in Fujian Province.In this paper,change rules of planting scale,yield and structure of fruit industry in Zhangzhou City from 2000 to 2018 were analyzed.Suggestions and countermeasures,including accelerating the market-oriented structural adjustment of the fruit industry,improving fruit quality and safety supported by science&technology,taking commercialization to improve product competitiveness,improving the economic benefits of the fruit industry through leisure agriculture extended,etc.were put forward for enhancing the healthy development of fruit industry in Zhangzhou City.
