摘  要:为了提高预应力结构的安全性,解决传统铸造锚垫板存在的易拉裂和易破碎等问题,研制出以Q235钢为原材料的与锚具配套的焊接锚垫板。以5孔圆形锚垫板为例,通过承载力计算、有限元分析和锚固区传力性能试验研究了锚垫板的受力性能。结果表明,焊接锚垫板能够提高锚固区的承载力,承载时应力分布较为均匀,不易发生破坏,可应用于预应力锚固体系。In order to improve the safety of the prestressed structure and solve the problems of easy cracking and breakage of the traditional cast anchor plate,a welding anchor plate with Q235 steel as the raw material was developed.Taking the 5-hole circular anchor plate as an example,the bearing performance of the anchor plate is studied through bearing capacity calculation,finite element analysis and force transfer performance test in the anchorage zone.The results show that the welding anchor plate can improve the bearing capacity of the anchorage zone,the stress distribution is relatively uniform during bearing,and the anchorage zone is not easy to be damaged.It can be applied to the prestressed anchorage system.
