摘  要:近年来,国家和江苏省相继组织了全国大学生结构模型设计大赛和江苏赛区选拔赛,这是国家认定的一类大学生创新赛事。结构模型设计比赛对学生力学基础的掌握程度、创新思维和动手能力等有较高的要求。作者通过多次组织学生参加竞赛的经验,在结构力学知识基础、有限元分析和结构优化、动手能力和团队协作创新等方面进行了总结,结合结构模型参赛的指导案例说明力学和创新思维的培养过程。实践证明,在国家推进土木工程教育体系现代化的大背景下,依托结构模型设计大赛来加强人才培养,提高学生学习能力是有效的教育手段。In recent years,the Ministry of Education has organized the national university student structure model design competition,which is the top class innovation competition recognized by the state.Jiangsu Province has also held the corresponding contests.The competition of structural model design has higher requirements for students mechanical foundation,innovative thinking and practical competence.Through the experience of organizing students to participate in the competition for many times,the authors conclude that the knowledge base of structural mechanics,finite element analysis and structural optimization,hands-on ability and team cooperation innovation are key factors.In the paper,the training process of mechanics and innovative thinking are also illustrated with two examples.Practice has proved that under the background of the modernization of civil engineering education system,relying on the competition of structural model design to strengthen the training of talents is an effective educational means to improve students learning ability.
