摘 要:针对传统架桥机不能满足跨度差别较大的装配式钢结构桥梁施工,设备利用率不高的问题,提出一种适用于多种跨度桥梁架设的变跨架桥机主梁设计方案,通过设置纵向螺栓群,拼接主梁腹板,实现主梁的刚度和强度调节,分析了架桥机在架设20 m、30 m跨时架桥机主梁所受载荷情况,针对该跨径桥梁,分别选择3种危险工况进行结构的强度、刚度和稳定性分析,保证了架桥机在施工过程中的安全性。Aiming at the problems that the traditional bridge girder erection machine can not meet the requirements of the construction of assembled steel bridges with large span differences and the equipment utilization rate is not high,a design scheme for the main beam of bridge girder erection machine suitable for bridges with various spans was proposed,in which the stiffness and strength of the main beam were adjusted by setting longitudinal bolt groups and splicing the main beam webs.The load conditions of the main beam of the bridge girder erection machine when erecting the 20 m and 30 m spans were analyzed.For bridges with those spans,three dangerous working conditions were selected for analysis of structural strength,stiffness and stability,so as to guarantee the safety of the bridge girder erection machine during construction.
