摘  要:为了提升沥青道路材料微波加热设备的性能,通过对沥青混合料微波加热发生系统的理论和试验研究,得出可以通过提高磁控管效率和使高压电源变频来提升磁控管微波发生系统的加热效率。同时研究了固态源微波加热系统,得出了基于大功率蓄电池技术的5.8 GHz固态源高效移动设备解决应用方案。研究结果表明,以上方法可以有效提升沥青混合料微波加热发生系统的能效,为未来沥青道路材料微波加热设备的核心设计提供参考。In order to improve the performance of the microwave heating equipment for asphalt pavement,through theoretical and experimental research on the microwave heating generation system for asphalt mixture,it is concluded that heating with the magnetron microwave generation system can be enhanced by improving the the efficiency of magnetron and the frequency conversion of high-voltage power supply.The solid-state source microwave heating system was studied,and an efficient mobile solution of 5.8 GHz solid-state source based on high-power battery technology was obtained.The research results show that the above methods can effectively improve the energy efficiency of the microwave heating generation system for asphalt mixture,and provide a reference for the future core design of microwave heating equipment for asphalt pavement.
