摘  要:在对单个开关电源散热试验以及微波加热机电源柜的散热设计基础上,进行理论计算分析,建立了相应的三维仿真模型,对多热源流固耦合传热问题进行数值模拟仿真,采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型、标准壁面函数、压力速度耦合的算法进行数值计算,并在风扇旋转域采用稳态条件下的多运动参考系模型进行求解计算,对温度场、速度场以及压力场进行了分析,验证模型的散热特性和结构设计的合理性,为相关设备的设计、模拟、优化及应用提供有价值的数据。Based on the heat dissipation test of a single switching power supply and the heat dissipation design of the power cabinet of microwave heater,theoretical calculation and analysis were carried out.Corresponding three-dimensional simulation model was established,and the numerical simulation of fluid-solid coupled heat transfer of multiple heat sources was conducted.Realizable k-εturbulence model,standard wall function and pressure-velocity coupling algorithm were used for numerical calculation.In the fan rotation domain,the multi-motion reference frame model under steady-state conditions was used for calculation,and the temperature field,velocity field and pressure field were analyzed.The characteristics of heat dissipation of the model and the rationality of the structural design were verified,providing valuable data for the design,simulation,optimization and application of related equipment.
