摘  要:区块链技术的去中心化特点能够降低跨境支付的交易成本,然而,区块链技术在解决跨境支付问题方面存在一定的局限性。如何利用区块链技术完善跨境支付系统助力跨境电商的发展是当前关注的焦点。通过分析区块链技术对跨境支付成本控制的作用和存在的问题,提出利用数学算法建立信任关系,利用大数据技术进行资源整合和建立加密结算的通用货币等方法,实现成本控制的目标。The decentralization of blockchain technology can reduce the transaction cost of cross-border payment.However,there are some limitations in solving cross-border payment problems.How to use blockchain technology to improve cross-border payment system to help the development of cross-border e-commerce is the focus of current attention.This paper analyzes the role and problems of blockchain technology in cost control of cross-border payment,and puts forward some methods to achieve the goal of cost control,such as establishing trust relationship by using mathematical algorithm,integrating resources by using big data technology and establishing a common currency for encrypted settlement.The decentralized nature of blockchain technology can reduce the transaction cost of cross-border payment.However,blockchain technology has certain limitations in solving cross-border payment problems.How to use the block chain technology to improve the cross-border payment system to facilitate the development of cross-border e-commerce is the focus of current attention.It is of great practical significance to analyze the role of blockchain technology in cost control of cross-border payment and the existing problems,and put forward corresponding Suggestions.
