摘 要:铁路枢纽解编系统不仅关系到整个铁路路网的运输效率,而且对铁路枢纽所在地区的资源利用、城市发展都具有重要影响。在分析铁路枢纽解编系统布局规划原则的基础上,从枢纽宏观、系统中观、车站微观3个层次构建铁路枢纽解编系统布局规划评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和综合指数法,建立铁路枢纽解编系统综合评价模型。以合肥枢纽解编系统布局规划为例进行实证分析,评价结果表明,合肥铁路枢纽内解编系统满足运输需求,规模适应整体路网规划,符合铁路技术发展政策。Railway hub decoupling system is not only related to the transportation efficiency of the whole railway network but also has an essential impact on the resource utilization and urban development of the region where the railway hub is located.Based on the analysis of the layout planning principles of the decoupling system of railway hub,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of railway hub decoupling system layout planning from three levels:hub macroscope,system middle-scope,and station microscope,and establishes the comprehensive evaluation model of railway hub decoupling system layout planning by using the analytic hierarchy process and complete index method.Taking the layout planning of the Hefei railway hub decoupling system as an example,the evaluation results show that the decoupling system in Hefei railway hub can meet the transportation demand.Its scale can adapt to the overall road network planning and conform to the railway technology development policy.
