摘 要:为解决T2铜与316L不锈钢的焊接问题,采用丝状和膏状两种样式的BAg72Cu钎料,焊前对焊件进行化学清洗,去除表面氧化膜,对316L不锈钢表面进行了化学镀镍处理,以促进钎料的润湿与铺展。进行了真空钎焊试验,并通过金相观察和剪切试验进行钎焊接头的界面状态和力学性能测试。结果表明,在焊接温度820℃,保温10 min参数下能得到良好的T2铜/316L不锈钢钎焊接头,抗剪强度在70 MPa以上。最后利用该工艺参数完成了模拟件的焊接,经氦质谱检漏,漏率优于1×10-9Pa/(m3·s),满足产品使用要求。In order to solve the welding problem between T2 copper and 316L stainless steel,two types of BAg72Cu solders(filamentary and paste solders)were used in the vacuum brazing.Before experiment,copper and stainless steel were chemically cleaned in order to remove the oxide film on the surface of the material,and then nickel was plated on the surface of 316L stainless steel in order to promote the wetting and spreading of the brazing filler metal.After experiment,the performance of the joint was checked by metallographic examination and shear test.Through a series of brazing process tests,the optimum process specification was obtained.The brazed joints of T2 copper and 316L stainless steel with shear strength above 70 MPa could be obtained at 820℃and holding time of 10 min.Finally,the welding of the simulator was completed with the process parameters.The leak rate was better than 1×10-9 Pa/(m 3·s)after leak detection by helium mass spectrometry,which met the requirements of the product.
