疫情冲击下的经济金融形势及应对策略

摘　　要：习近平总书记在2020年2月23日召开的统筹推进新冠肺炎疫情防控和经济社会发展工作部署会议上明确指出,要用全面、辩证、长远的眼光看待疫情冲击下我国的经济社会发展,变压力为动力、善于化危为机。通过对河南省26家金融机构、503家企业的调研发现,疫情冲击巨大,经济受损明显,金融机构资产负债双双承压,疫情以极端方式促使企业打响了生存保卫战,也催生了经济社会转型升级的新动能。应抓住当前危中之机,坚持四个原则,处理好四对辩证关系,进一步做好四方面的工作,释放经济增长潜力,为我国经济社会高质量发展凝聚强大势能。General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping clearly points that we should view China’s economic and social development under the impact of the covid-19 epidemic from a comprehensive,dialectical,and long-term perspective,and turn pressure into motivation,crisis into opportunity on the meeting that coordinates efforts in promoting covid-19 epidemic containment as well as social and economic development on February 23,2020.A survey of 26 financial institutions and 503 enterprises in Henan province of central China shows that the epidemic impact is huge and the economic damage significant.Both assets and liabilities of the financial institutions are under strains because of the epidemic.Meanwhile,the covid-19 epidemic has pressed the enterprises,in an extreme way,to kick off the war of survival and defense against the harsh situation,and has catalyzed new power for social and economic transformation and upgrading.This article argues that we should seize the opportunities in the current crisis,stick to four principles and carefully deal with four pairs of dialectical relations,and give priority to the four aspects of work,so as to release more potential for economic growth and gather strong momentum for the high-quality development of China’s economy and society.
